NEW: The early registration and abstract submission deadline for the IBRC & NASBR 2013 have been extended until April 26th.


The Program for the Conservation of Costa Rican Bat (PCMCR), University of Costa Rica (UCR) and Asociación Theria are pleased to jointly organize the 16th International Bat Research Conference (IBRC) and the 43rd North American Symposium on Bat Research (NASBR).

After Merida, Mexico (2007), this is the second time that the IBRC and NASBR will be joined making this event the largest meeting of bat researchers in the world.

The event will held at the Hotel Herradura, San Jose, Costa Rica from Sunday August 11th to Thursday August 15th 2013. With the assistance of colleagues and students throughout the country, we will welcome bat delegates from the entire world.
